$15,000 HMA Plan / $198 for 35 months
In this plan you will pay $6,930 over 35 months to achieve a plan balance of $15,000 (your plan can be used at any time even prior to plan cap balance being achieved). After your plan cap balance is reached, your payment drops to the maintenance fee of $48 / month to maintain the plan's balance. Anytime you use your plan once your cap balance has been reached, you will start paying $198 / month again until your contribution plus matching reaches the cap balance again.
